With a background at the highest levels in Hospitality, Retail and Financial Services, Kieran has outstanding commercial acumen as well as a passion for understanding and satisfying customers’ needs. This was never more typified in the early days of Buon Forno when he built relationships from scratch with Food Service Providers, Retailers and Food Producers in Italy.
Outstanding customer service has been the bedrock of Kieran’s success, and he always leads from the front in this regard.
A successful athlete, leader and team player, Kieran has excelled at the highest levels of sport winning the following major honours: All Ireland Senior Football Club Championship. All Ireland U21 Football Championship (Cork). All Ireland Colleges Senior Cup.

With a background in systems and administration at one of Ireland’s Leading Universities, Orla manages all administration activities at Buon Forno.
The significant growth in the business along with the complexities, delays and inflation from Covid, Brexit and Global conflict have underpinned the criticality of this role to our continued success. Orla ensures that we consistently deliver the right products and quantities at the right time for our clients, locally and internationally.
Giulia spent most of her career in Sales, taking care of customers from the initial identification of their needs to the creation of tailor-made food and drink products, choosing the best resources for each project.
Thanks to her on-field experience, she immediately understands the best solution needed and coordinates the team’s work so as to obtain the project’s perfect outcome. Giulia leads our product research and development, product deliver and quality assurance working hand in hand with our co-manufacturing partners in Italy.
Before joining Buon-Forno, Giulia worked for renowned pizza and snack producers and is a leading sommelier with an absolute passion for authentic Italian produce . As such, she brings unique technical competence as well as end-customer insights.

Stefano works with Giulia to create bespoke Pizza Solutions for our customers and has brought the finest Italian techniques and recipes to customers across Europe. He grew up in a renowned family pizza business in Naples, is a certified pizzaiolo with qualifications from the top pizzaioli training schools in Naples. Stefano runs his own, renowned pizzeria near Naples.
Andrea works with Giulia to create bespoke Pasta Solutions for our customers. He has worked in some of the leading restaurants in the world (3 Michelin stars) and now serves as Head Chef at the renowned T-Bone in near venice. His cuisine is characterized by avant-garde techniques and the use of high-quality, natural raw materials.
Manuel works with Giulia to create the finest Italian Desert Solutions for our customers. A very talented pastry chef, Manuel perfected his pastry knowledge in Da Vittorio restaurant in Brusaporto, Brescia (3 Michelin stars). Now he works at a renowned Venetian restaurant Le Marcandole, near Treviso.
