Automation and Digitisation Supporting Artisan Production
We use leading edge equipment at our manufacturing facilities to support the delivery of individually hand-crafted pizzas.
An example of this technical excellence is where a dispenser connected to the computer injects the tomato sauce on the pizza base. The pizza maker then spreads the tomato over the entire surface with the spoon. In this way each pizza will have the correct and agreed amount of tomato sauce.
Latest generation machinery also weighs every single product before packaging and discards any if there are items below the agreed weight. This ensures product consistency without compromising our artisan product delivery.
